These terms govern your use of inovestaadvisory.com and the services of Inovesta Advisory FZC, a free zone company licensed by the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), United Arab Emirates. By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of our services
Inovesta provides strategic and regulatory advisory. Website content is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Government approvals and licences are issued solely by the relevant authorities and timelines or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
3. Advisory sessions, fees and cancellations
Advisory Session fees are stated in US dollars and exclude UAE VAT where applicable. Bookings are confirmed through our scheduling provider. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing at booking or in your engagement letter; any separate engagement letter prevails over these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in breach of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.
5. Intellectual property
All content, logos, the Inovesta and Vesta names, text, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to Inovesta Advisory FZC and protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. No reproduction without our written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information shared in enquiries and sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to deliver the service you requested.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Inovesta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, and our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service.
8. Third-party links
Links and embedded tools (for example Calendly or Google) are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
